These terms govern your use of the FundaMental app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Vikas AI Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What FundaMental is

FundaMental is an educational app that explains finance, investing, markets, and related topics through short daily articles, a word-of-the-day feature, and recall-based games.

Not financial advice. Everything in FundaMental — articles, game content, definitions — is for general educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and shouldn't be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or take any financial action. Always do your own research or consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Your account

You can sign in with an email link or a Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure.
One account per person. Don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to abuse the Service.
You must provide accurate information (like a real, working email address) when creating an account.

Acceptable use

When using FundaMental, you agree not to:

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app's content or source code beyond normal use.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users' access to it.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Content

All articles, definitions, game content, and branding in FundaMental belong to Vikas AI Labs unless otherwise noted. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning — not to republish or redistribute our content elsewhere.

Third-party services

FundaMental runs on Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, analytics, and hosting. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, which permanently removes your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is fully accurate or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vikas AI Labs isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
